A few friendly reminders

  • Please be sure to shower before your scheduled session. 

  • Please turn your cell phone off or place it on the silent setting as to not disturb your session and the goals of your desired treatment.

  • No children allowed unless they are being serviced. If your teen (13-17 yo) is being serviced, a parent or guardian must be present at all time, or a signed note saying that you give consent to service without your supervision.

  • Late arrivals will result in time deducted from your session or it can be rescheduled if necessary.

  • All personal information collected is bound by HIPPA (laws of privacy and confidentiality) and it is only used for session treatment and projected outcomes.

  • Extra time for massage is always available, but it must be requested at the time of booking, or prior to the start of your session, time permitting.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12-24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

CALL OR TEXT (216) 240-5919 and leave a message containing; your name, appointment date/time, reason for cancellation (optional) and possible rescheduled date.


 **All paid deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they can be transferred to another date or time, based on availability.**


Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

12-24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12- 24 hours advance notice, a valid credit card # will be required to book any future appointments. In the event of another No Call/No Show, the card retained will be charged for the total cost of service. 


No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason (without contact) will be considered a “no-show.”

 


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” cost of session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time
