CANCELLATION POLICY

To reschedule, please notify us in advance. This allows others to book appointments. If you are ill, have had COVID-19 exposure, or a recent vaccination/booster (within 7 days), please cancel.

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancel or reschedule your appointment or event at least 24 hours prior.

Call or text (216) 240-5919 and leave a message with your name, number, appointment details (date & time), reason, and desired reschedule date. We'll respond quickly.

Deposit Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your rescheduled session.

COVID PRECAUTIONS

For the health and safety of everyone, please reschedule your appointment if:

• You are feeling unwell.

• You have been exposed to COVID-19.

• You have received a COVID-19 vaccine or booster within the past 7 days.

Masks are optional for clients. Please inform us if you would like your therapist to wear a mask during your session.

Rest assured: We thoroughly disinfect and sanitize all touchable surfaces before and after each session. Walls and floors are also regularly sanitized and disinfected to maintain a clean and safe environment.

IS MASSAGE TIME "HANDS ON TIME" ?"

Hands-on time is as listed. Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes for intake, assessment, and disrobing.

MOBILE MASSAGE

Yes, mobile massage is available as an "Outcall" session on the Massage Services page. Outcall appointments require full payment at the time of booking.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE/WORKERS COMPENSATION/CAR ACCIDENT CLAIMS FOR SERVICES?

Unfortunately, we don't handle that type of billing. To best utilize your claim for massage therapy, we suggest exploring chiropractic clinics that also offer massage.

The following services are not provided at Resolutions Massage:

* Abdominal Massage

* Pelvic Floor Massage/Techniques

Draping is required during all sessions, with only the area being treated exposed.
