DETOXIFYING HAND SCRUB & MASSAGE

A detoxifying hand & forearm soak w/natural salts & essential oils. Your hands will soak for several minutes to loosen tight and contracted muscles. A gentle scrub is used to remove any dry patches. Finishing with a relaxing hand massage with mild stretching from the fingers to the forearm.
DETOXIFYING FOOT SCRUB & MASSAGE

A detoxifying foot soak with natural salts & essential oils. Your feet will soak for several minutes to loosen tight and contracted muscles. Next, a foot scrub is used to remove any dry patches. Finishing with a relaxing foot massage with mild stretching from the foot up to the lower leg.
STRETCH THERAPY
Maximize your mobility in a focused session. Our 30 & 60 minute therapeutic stretch sessions are designed to target key areas of tension and restricted movement. This efficient session incorporates a variety of assisted stretching techniques, including static stretches (holding a stretch), dynamic stretches (movement-based stretches) to help improve flexibility and range of motion.

CUPPING THERAPY
Unlock tension and promote circulation with Cupping Therapy. This technique involves the application of plastic cups to the skin in order to create a vacuum effect. This gentle suction helps to separate layers of tissue, bringing fresh blood and nutrients to the area while drawing out congestion and toxins.
